The house is only 30 metres from the centre of Sukošan and is ideal for excursions into the surrounding unspoilt nature. The nearest beach with concrete slabs is 250 metres away, as are the market and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Public transport connections are good, with the bus stop located 350 metres away.

Special
The accommodation includes a small air-conditioned area, free internet, and private parking directly at the property. The flat is located in a semi-detached house and offers a small balcony overlooking the green surroundings and the garden. A baby cot is available for families on request. Hygiene measures in accordance with local regulations are strictly observed, including disinfection between stays as well as the provision of hand sanitiser and face masks. The host adheres to all safety protocols of the local authorities and the European Holiday Home Association (EHHA). Weekly cleaning is included, and self check-in is possible.

Division
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, providing space for up to four people. Additionally, two further sleeping places can be used in shared areas such as the living room, dining room or kitchen.

There are two bathrooms with a shower and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, toaster, freezer, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, as well as an electric kettle. The living area has all the necessary crockery and cutlery.

House rules
Check-in is possible from 14:00, and check-out should be completed by 10:00. All on-site safety and hygiene regulations apply. During the stay, the cleaning service can be cancelled on request. The host ensures compliance with local and European safety standards.
