The holiday home Oleander accommodates up to six people and is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday without crowds. You are only 100 metres from the picturesque beaches with concrete slabs, and a barbecue invites you to enjoy culinary delights outdoors. Enjoy free internet access and the pleasant sea breeze with a magnificent view of the water.

Location
The house is located in the heart of Sukošan, just 20 metres from the town centre. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous restaurants and a pharmacy, while the bus station and the beach are within easy walking distance. The distance to Zadar Airport is approximately 12 kilometres, as is the nearest ferry.

Special
The holiday home meets high hygiene standards, including thorough disinfection between stays, and provides hand sanitiser and face masks for guests. The hosts regularly take temperatures and consistently comply with all safety regulations of the local authorities as well as the guidelines of the European Holiday Home Association (EHHA). For additional comfort, there is a washing machine, satellite-capable television, Wi-Fi internet, and in part air conditioning. The garden of approximately 60 square metres is enclosed by a hedge or a fence and is equipped with garden furniture. Access is easily possible by both car and boat, and parking spaces can be provided on request. A first aid kit is also available.

The market is only 50 metres away, and the bus stop can be found after 300 metres. The nearest airport in Zadar is around 12 kilometres away, as is the ferry terminal. You can reach the pharmacy and the post office after about 500 metres, while the clinic is only 300 metres away. A restaurant awaits you after just 30 metres. The beach with concrete slabs is only 100 metres away, the marina is about 1 kilometre away, and the city centre is practically on your doorstep, just 20 metres away. The distance to the sea is likewise approximately 20 metres.

Division
The accommodation includes a terrace or a balcony and is ideally equipped for two people with a double bed. In total, the house can accommodate up to six guests, with additional rooms and sleeping options available. The layout is comfortable and designed for a relaxing stay.

Room
The house has a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, cooker, oven, dishwasher, freezer compartment, coffee machine, as well as sufficient crockery and cutlery. Additionally, two extra beds are available in the living and dining area. The living room is equipped with satellite television.

House rules
Check-in begins at 14:00, check-out should be completed by 10:00. Safety and hygiene rules are strictly adhered to in order to ensure a worry-free stay as far as possible. Additional cleanings during the stay can be cancelled upon request.

Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 12,50 € per person per stay (01.01.26-01.01.27).
