Villa Augustina accommodates up to six guests and is ideal for relaxing days with family or friends. You are only 250 metres from the charming concrete slab beaches, where you can enjoy leisurely hours by the sea. Internet access is provided, so you can easily share your holiday memories. Additionally, the garden, with a view of a quiet street, invites you to linger.

Location
The accommodation is located in Sukošan, right by the town centre, which you can reach in just 30 metres. The nearest restaurant is equally close, making local specialities easily accessible. The sea is only 50 metres away as the crow flies, and the beach with its concreted sunbathing areas is about 250 metres away. This location offers the perfect blend of proximity to the beach and urban convenience.

Special
Villa Augustina places great importance on hygiene and safety measures in accordance with the recommendations of local authorities and the European Holiday Home Association. Disinfection and cleaning are carried out between stays, hand sanitiser and face masks are available, and staff regularly take temperatures. The garden offers 60 square metres of space. For comfort, amenities include a washing machine, partial air conditioning, satellite television, internet access and parking. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, and a small fee applies.

Distances
The town centre and a restaurant are only 30 metres away. The direct distance to the sea is 50 metres, while the nearest beach with paved sunbathing areas is about 250 metres away.

Division
The accommodation features a bedroom with a double bed that sleeps two people. Additionally, two further sleeping options are available in the living or dining area, allowing the villa to accommodate up to six guests in total.

Room
There are two bathrooms with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and crockery as well as cutlery. A coffee machine can be requested from the agency if needed. The living area is furnished with satellite television.

House rules
The hosts and staff comply with all safety regulations of the local and national authorities as well as the guidelines of the European Holiday Home Association. Guests can opt out of a cleaning service during their stay if needed. Check-in is possible from 14:00, check-out until 10:00. The accommodation is pet-friendly, but only by prior arrangement with the agency.
