Description

The accommodation Ljubo in Stara Novalja on the island of Pag can host up to eight people. Only 15 metres away, a sandy and concrete slab beach invites you to swim. Enjoy internet access, air conditioning, and a cosy terrace with sea view. Barbecue facilities ensure pleasurable hours in a relaxed atmosphere.

Location
The accommodation is only 15 metres from the beach and about three kilometres from the centre of Stara Novalja. The nearby market is just 400 metres away, while public transport and the nearest bus stop are around 2.5 kilometres away. The Kornati National Park is also easy to reach and promises unforgettable natural experiences.

Special
The accommodation is maintained in accordance with local authority guidelines, with particular attention to hygiene and safety. This includes disinfection between guests, the provision of hand sanitiser and protective masks, as well as temperature checks for staff. The host team follows all safety protocols of the local and national authorities, as well as the European Holiday Home Association. Shared informational materials have been removed, and a first aid kit is available. On request, housekeeping can also be cancelled during the stay. Wi-Fi is available free of charge, and some areas are equipped with air conditioning. In front of the property there are two private parking spaces, which are easily accessible by car or boat.

From the house it is about three kilometres to the town centre and the pharmacy, 400 metres to the market, 600 metres to the nearest restaurant and 400 metres to the nearest bar. The bus stop and the emergency services are around 2.5 kilometres away. There are also good connections to the nearest airport in Zadar and to the Žigljen ferry port. The beach with sand and concrete slabs is directly 15 metres from the house, the nearest estate is only five metres away.

Division
The holiday apartment covers an area of 67 square metres on the first floor and consists of two separate units connected by a spiral staircase. The rooms are comfortably furnished, with space for up to eight people in total. Several rooms feature a terrace or balcony to enjoy the sea view. The room sizes range between ten and 15 square metres with various comfortable sleeping options, including double and single beds as well as additional sleeping arrangements.

Room
The accommodation offers two bathrooms with a shower. Amenities include a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge and freezer, as well as a coffee machine and kettle. Appropriate crockery and cutlery are provided. In the living and dining area, there is also an additional sleeping option for one more person.

House rules
Check-in is possible from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00. The landlords and staff strictly adhere to the hygiene and safety protocols of the relevant authorities. Cancellations and cleaning services can be arranged flexibly by agreement. Further house rules to protect all guests will be explained upon arrival.
