The villa is located in the picturesque surroundings of Motovun, just 4 kilometres from the town centre. The nearest pebble beach is about 28 kilometres away and is ideal for relaxing days by the water. With good accessibility to the surrounding national parks and landscapes, there is an opportunity to explore the region’s natural charm.

Special
The villa features a private outdoor pool, garden furniture, and a beautiful garden covering 500 m². For your comfort, there is partial air conditioning, a washing machine, internet access, and satellite TV. Parking is available directly in front of the house, and self check-in is possible via a lockbox.

It is 4,000 metres to the city centre, while the nearest beach is at a distance of 28,000 metres. The nearest marina as well as the national park can also be found at approximately 28,000 and 67,000 metres respectively. The distance to Pula Airport is 70,000 metres.

The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and is equipped with two double bedrooms. The generous design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and plenty of space to relax.

Room
The accommodation has two bathrooms with showers and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and other useful appliances, such as a microwave and a coffee machine.

House rules
Check-in is at 4:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. A deposit of €300 is required upon arrival, which will be refunded on the day of departure if the accommodation is undamaged.

Included in the price: iron, internet access, air conditioning, washing machine, electricity, gas, water, heating, final cleaning, bed linen.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 6,30 € per person per stay (01.01.26-01.07.26, 01.09.26-01.01.27). registration fee obligatory 12,50 € per person per stay (01.07.26-01.09.26).
