The holiday home Anna Premium accommodates up to ten guests and is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Enjoy the sea view and the green surroundings in the middle of your own garden. Amenities include air conditioning, internet access, TV, washing machine, and a barbecue for cosy evenings. The location is perfect for finding peace as well as exploring the nearby town of Poreč.

Location
Anna Premium is located in Fuskulin, about eight kilometres from the town centre of Poreč. The house is situated on a slope and offers a magnificent view of the sea and the countryside. In the immediate vicinity there is a private restaurant as well as a small shop for daily necessities. Just a few kilometres away you will find the popular Zelena Laguna holiday resort, numerous sports and leisure facilities, as well as the nearest beach.

Special
The holiday home features a 400-square-metre, fully fenced garden with garden furniture. There are two private parking spaces directly at the house. Amenities include partial air conditioning, wireless internet, satellite TV, a washing machine, an iron and bed linen. The hosts strictly adhere to all safety and hygiene guidelines, including disinfection between guest changes. A first-aid kit is available in case of emergency. The accommodation is ideal for guests seeking peace and quiet; young groups are not allowed.

Distances
The house is only 100 metres from the town centre. The nearest beach, as well as a diving club and a boat hire, are about 3.5 kilometres away. The marina and the bus station can be reached after around 8 kilometres. Brijuni National Park is 45 kilometres away, and Pula Airport is 50 kilometres away. Various shopping facilities, a pharmacy and other services are available between 3.5 and 8 kilometres away.

Division
The Anna Premium house consists of two separate apartments with a total of 115 square metres of living space. On the ground floor there is a smaller apartment for two to four people with one bedroom, one bathroom, and a covered terrace with sea view. On the upper floor there is a larger, modernly furnished apartment for four to six people with two bedrooms, one bathroom, an open-plan living area with kitchen, and a balcony with panoramic view.

Room
Both apartments each have a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The kitchens are fully equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator including freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, as well as a dishwasher. Two additional sleeping options are located in the living room area. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and satellite TV.

House rules
Check-in is possible from 4:00 pm, check-out should be completed by 10:00 am. Young travellers in groups are not permitted as guests. The hosts ensure comprehensive compliance with all safety and hygiene measures in accordance with regional and national regulations.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: iron, internet access, air conditioning, washing machine, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 12,50 € per object per stay (01.01.26-01.01.27).
