The flat is located in the picturesque village of Fuškulin, about 3 kilometres from the popular holiday resort of Zelena Laguna with its diverse water sports options. The town of Poreč can be reached in approximately 7 kilometres. The surroundings offer a magnificent view of olive groves, open meadows and wooded hills, creating a nature-oriented and tranquil ambience.

Amenities include bed linen, a satellite TV, wireless internet, and partial air conditioning. The accommodation offers self check-in and a radio, as well as an iron and an outdoor shower. Guests can relax on a 2,800-square-metre shared property with a well-kept garden, barbecue area, and a 32-square-metre outdoor pool. Division
Apartment Natalia No. 1 is located on the ground floor and accommodates two people. It features a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a living area with an integrated kitchen. The covered terrace is situated directly by the pool and offers a lovely view of the garden and the surrounding nature.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and has a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, as well as crockery and cutlery. The rooms are designed functionally to ensure a pleasant stay.

House rules
The accommodation is not suitable for youth groups. Check-in is possible from 15:00, and check-out should be completed by 10:00. To ensure smooth operations and the safety of all guests, rules regarding cleanliness and consideration must be observed. The accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit and adheres to strict hygiene standards.
