A warm welcome to Villa Silvana, a dreamy retreat for up to eight guests in Bilice. Just 20 metres from the pebble and concrete beach, the heated outdoor pool invites you to relax and sunbathe. The modern amenities include air conditioning, internet, a barbecue area and a private parking space. Here you will experience unforgettable moments with family and friends in a tranquil atmosphere.

Location
The villa is located directly on the water of Lake Prokljan and offers excellent access by car or boat. The centre of Bilice is about two kilometres away. The region is distinguished by its proximity to Krka National Park and the historic towns of Šibenik and Skradin, which can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes by car or boat. Two restaurants, a café and a small supermarket are in the immediate vicinity, as is a newly renovated bathing bay just 20 metres away.

Special
The villa offers extensive amenities, including a heated saltwater pool with counter-current system, a large enclosed garden of 2,500 m², and an open summer kitchen with barbecue and dining area. For sports enthusiasts, there is a gym with a treadmill and elliptical trainer, as well as table football and billiards. A separate playroom with PS4, games, and toys provides entertainment for younger guests. Laundry is cleaned in accordance with local hygiene regulations, and surfaces are disinfected between stays. A first-aid kit is available. Additionally, the accommodation is pet-friendly by prior arrangement.

Distances
The nearest supermarket is three kilometres away, as are the pharmacy and emergency clinic. Public transport stops are only 300 metres away. Zadar Airport is about 60 kilometres away and Šibenik ferry port is around six kilometres away. The picturesque marina is 200 metres away, and the entrance to Krka National Park is nine kilometres away. You will find bars after just 200 metres, and the city centre is two kilometres from the villa.

Division
The spacious villa features four bedrooms across two floors. Three of the rooms are furnished with double beds, while the fourth offers two single beds that can be combined into a double bed if needed. Each bedroom has its own balcony with a view of the water and is air-conditioned. In total, there are eight sleeping places available.

Room
There are three fully equipped bathrooms, two with a shower and one with a bathtub as well as a shower. In addition, there are two separate toilets. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, mini wine fridge, ice maker, coffee maker and kettle, as well as a toaster and extensive cookware. In the living area, a television with satellite channels and free internet are available.

House rules
A deposit of 400 euros is to be paid on the day of arrival and will be refunded upon departure if no damage has occurred. The accommodation is pet-friendly but requires prior arrangement and an additional fee. Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Guests have access to private monitored parking, and the entire villa is fenced for maximum security and privacy.
