Just 250 metres away, a beach of pebbles and concrete slabs invites you to sunbathe and swim. Enjoy the private heated outdoor pool and relax while grilling delicious food. The accommodation also offers air conditioning, internet access and much more for an unforgettable stay.

Location
The villa is nestled in unspoilt nature with a magnificent view of the lake. The distance to the town centre of Bilice is about 3 kilometres, and the nearest beach is only 250 metres away. There is a bus stop approximately 250 metres away, ensuring good connections. Zadar Airport is about 6 kilometres away, and the entrance to the national park is reachable in around 10 kilometres. Numerous shopping facilities, pharmacies and restaurants can be found nearby, as well as a berth for boats 300 metres away.

Special
All rooms feature air conditioning and satellite television. High-speed internet access is available as well as a safe and a cot. For added convenience, an iron and a washing machine are provided. Outside, you will find a 200-square-metre garden with a hot-water shower, enclosed by a hedge and a fence. The garden is furnished and includes a heated pool with massage function and counter-current swimming. There is also a barbecue area, a generous outdoor dining area, as well as sun loungers and umbrellas. The accommodation is thoroughly disinfected in accordance with official guidelines. Contactless check-in via code is possible.

The nearest beach is only 250 metres away and consists of pebbles and concrete slabs. The bus stop is just 250 metres away. The market and the town centre are about 3 kilometres away. Zadar Airport is around 6 kilometres away, as are pharmacies, clinics, bureaux de change, banks and post offices. The nearest petrol station is approximately 4 kilometres away. A motorboat rental is 150 metres away, and the nearest ferry port in Šibenik is about 60 kilometres away. It is about 10 kilometres to the entrance of the national park.

Division
The villa has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a room size of approximately 15 to 20 square metres. Both rooms are air-conditioned, have blackout options, and offer direct access to the pool area. The accommodation features two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom. Additionally, there is a terrace with views of the garden and the pool. A sofa bed in the living area provides two additional sleeping places, so a total of six people can be comfortably accommodated.

Room
The two bathrooms are each equipped with a shower, and there is also a hairdryer. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. The living room offers satellite television and air conditioning, as well as a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

House rules
Check-in is possible from 4:00 pm, and departure should be by 10:00 am. Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement with the agency and are subject to an additional fee. The accommodation places great importance on adhering to hygiene standards and disinfection between guests. Please note that the house is accessible via 10 steps from the entrance. Smoking is permitted exclusively in the outdoor area.
