The house is located in Ivinj, a quiet village between the towns of Tribunj and Tisno, just 2 km from the most beautiful natural beaches. The surroundings invite exploration, for example to the nearby Kornati National Park.

Special
The holiday home offers a variety of extras, including a private outdoor pool, barbecue facilities, and a spacious garden. Eco-friendly features such as solar power and a water supply from a deep well make this property special. Additionally, pets are allowed by prior arrangement, so the whole family can come along.

The distance to the nearest market is 2,000 metres, while the nearest restaurants and bars are only 1,000 metres away. Zadar Airport is about 60 kilometres away, and the nearest ferry port in Šibenik is 20 kilometres away. The holiday home consists of two adjacent houses. One of the houses spans two floors with appealing interiors, while the other is single-storey and features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The various room capacities differ, providing space for multiple families or groups.

Room
Overall, the accommodation has four bathrooms with showers and a well-equipped kitchen that comes with crockery, cutlery, an oven, a fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher. A washing machine, a coffee maker and a kettle are also available, ensuring there is no lack of comfort.

House rules
The check-in time is 4:00 pm, while check-out should be completed by 10:00 am. The hosts adhere to local safety protocols and ensure that the accommodation is regularly disinfected. Guests will receive further information about the cancellation policy when making their booking.
