The Maris accommodation in Tribunj accommodates up to five guests and impresses with its idyllic location just 550 metres from the beach. Enjoy relaxing evenings on the 15-square-metre balcony with sea view and grill sociable meals outdoors. The apartment features modern amenities such as air conditioning, internet access and TV, ensuring nothing stands in the way of a restful holiday.

Location
The holiday apartment is located in Tribunj, a picturesque place near Šibenik, only about 1,200 metres from the town centre. The beach, with pebble and concrete layers, is in the immediate vicinity, as are various restaurants and bars. For trips into nature, the Krka National Park, 25 kilometres away, is easily accessible. The location combines quiet side streets with convenient access to local amenities.

Special
The flat features a 15-square-metre balcony with views of the sea and the quiet street. Access is very good by both car and boat, with private parking spaces available directly at the house. Safety and hygiene measures in accordance with local and European guidelines are, of course, integrated, including disinfectant, face masks, and first-aid equipment. Air conditioning is partially installed in the house, and wireless internet access is available.

Distances
The nearest beach is approximately 550 metres away, and the town centre is around 1,200 metres. Grocery stores are 900 metres away, and pharmacies about 2,000 metres. The nearest bars and restaurants are reachable at 450 and 350 metres respectively. Zadar’s airport and ferry port are roughly 65 kilometres away, and the entrance to Krka National Park is about 25 kilometres.

Division
The apartment offers a cosy space of 12 square metres with a double bed, ideal for two people. In total, the space is designed to accommodate up to five guests, so in addition to the bedroom there are additional sleeping options available. The rooms are designed to ensure a comfortable stay.

Room
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower, offering a variety of uses. The kitchen is fully fitted with a cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. An additional sleeping space is located in the living, dining, or kitchen area to provide flexible overnight accommodation. The living area is equipped with a television including satellite channels.

House rules
The hosts strictly adhere to the safety and hygiene guidelines of the local authorities as well as the European holiday home association. Self check-in is possible, arrival is from 14:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:00. On request, the cleaning service can be cancelled during the stay to accommodate individual preferences.
