Description

Studio Zaton offers cosy comfort for up to two guests and is just a few steps from the town centre. The magnificent natural surroundings and the fine sandy and pebbly beaches can be reached in a short time. Modern amenities such as internet access, heating and air conditioning ensure a relaxing stay. You can also enjoy the lovely view of the garden and the proximity to small restaurants and bars.

Location
The studio is located in the heart of Zaton, just 100 metres from the lively town centre. You can reach the fine sand and pebble beaches after approximately 1,000 metres. Various leisure activities and shopping facilities are within easy walking distance. The location also allows for short trips into the unspoilt surrounding nature, such as Kornati National Park.

Special
The accommodation has extensive safety and hygiene measures in place in accordance with the requirements of local authorities and the European Holiday Home Association. Thorough disinfection is carried out between guests, including the provision of hand sanitisers and protective masks. A first-aid kit is available. The hosts and staff wear protective clothing and ensure that distancing rules are observed. In addition, a small shared terrace area and various parking options are available directly in front of the house.

Distances
From the studio, it is only 100 metres to the town centre and the market, and just 30 metres to a restaurant. The nearest bus stop is 200 metres away, and Zadar Airport is 25 kilometres away. The nearest beach with sand and shingle is about one kilometre away. Further distances: tennis courts and mini-golf at approximately 1,000 metres, pharmacy, bank and post office at around two kilometres, ferry port at 15 kilometres, access to Kornati National Park at about 40 kilometres.

Division
The studio includes a bedroom with a double bed that can accommodate two people. The premises are designed to be functional and welcoming, providing ample space for a pleasant stay.

Room
The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The kitchenette offers a hob, a refrigerator, crockery and cutlery, as well as an electric kettle.
In the living area, a television and an internet connection are available.
A baby cot can be provided on request.
Bed linen is, of course, included.

House rules
Check-in is possible from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00. The hosts prioritise safety and hygiene in accordance with all local and national regulations. Cleaning during the stay can be cancelled upon request. The usual house rules apply to ensure a calm and respectful environment.
