Description

The Dalmatika Zaton accommodation can host up to four people and is located just 1,000 metres from the magnificent sandy and pebbly beaches. Here you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere without crowds and prepare your meals flexibly and individually – the barbecue is ready to use. The apartment is equipped with all essential amenities, including internet access and air conditioning, as well as a garden with seating. A special plus: pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Location
Dalmatika Zaton is located in the heart of the picturesque town of Zaton, just 100 metres from the town centre. The surroundings invite exploration, whether it’s a stroll to the nearby beach or a visit to the lively centre with restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. For excursions, Kornati National Park and other natural attractions are within easy reach, offering a variety of leisure activities.

Special
The accommodation is partly equipped with heating and air conditioning, as well as a television and free Wi-Fi. A baby cot is available on request. Bed linen and a washing machine are provided for guests. Cleanliness is ensured in accordance with the applicable official regulations, with particular attention to disinfection and hygiene between stays. Safety measures such as hand sanitiser, medical equipment and protective masks are available. Parking is available directly in front of the house as well as on the street. The garden is approximately 20 square metres, enclosed by a fence and equipped with garden furniture.

The city centre is only 100 metres away, and the nearest beach is about 1,000 metres away. Markets and bus stops are also in the immediate vicinity, approximately 100 metres away. Zadar Airport is 25 kilometres away, and the nearest ferry terminal in Zadar is about 15 kilometres away. The nearest pharmacy, bank, and post office are around 2 kilometres away. Sports activities such as tennis and mini-golf are each reachable at approximately 1 kilometre. Restaurants and bars are located on site, while museums and nightclubs are around 2 kilometres away.

Division
The holiday apartment consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, ideal for four people. Each room is approximately 15 square metres in size and offers ample space for a restful night's sleep.

The accommodation has two bathrooms with showers that include hairdryers. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. The living area invites you to relax in front of the television.

House rules
The hosts and staff follow strict safety and hygiene guidelines in accordance with the requirements of local and national authorities as well as the European Holiday Home Association. A cleaning service during the stay can be cancelled upon request. Check-in time is from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am.
