The Zaton studio accommodates up to two guests and is ideal for creating new memories with your loved ones. The breathtaking natural surroundings and the nearby sandy and pebble beaches are just one kilometre away. An internet connection is available so you can share your holiday moments at any time. From here, you can reach the centre of Zaton at a distance of just 100 metres.

Location
The accommodation is only 100 metres from the centre of Zaton. The beach, consisting of sand and pebbles, is about 1,000 metres away. Public transport is available within 200 metres. Zadar Airport is around 25 kilometres away and the nearest ferry port is also in Zadar, about 15 kilometres away. Shopping facilities such as markets, pharmacies and banks are between one and two kilometres away, as are various leisure facilities such as tennis courts and mini-golf courses. The entrance to Kornati National Park is approximately 40 kilometres away.

Special
Upon arrival, the accommodation is cleaned, and the care of bed linen follows the guidelines of the local authorities. Between stays, thorough disinfection is carried out, and hand sanitiser as well as face masks are available. Staff regularly measure temperatures and use protective clothing to comply with the safety standards of local and national authorities as well as the European Holiday Home Association. Flyers and other shared materials are removed to enhance hygiene. Parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the house, check-in is from 15:00, check-out is by 10:00. Heating and air conditioning are partially available, a baby cot is provided on request, and a shared 25-square-metre balcony invites you to linger.

The city centre is only 100 metres away, and the beach can be reached in about 1,000 metres. Public transport is available at a distance of 200 metres. Zadar Airport is around 25 kilometres away, and the ferry port about 15 kilometres. Markets, pharmacies, banks and other essential facilities can be found between 1.5 and 2 kilometres away. In addition, sports facilities and leisure options such as tennis courts and mini-golf courses are each located at a distance of around 1,000 metres.

The studio features a double bed and offers a total of two sleeping places. It is ideal for couples or solo travellers seeking a compact and cosy accommodation.

The kitchen has all the necessary utensils such as crockery, cutlery, a cooker with hob, refrigerator, freezer, and an electric kettle.
The living area is equipped with a television and free Wi-Fi.
Bed linen is provided and is regularly maintained.

House rules
The landlords and staff strictly follow the safety and hygiene guidelines of the local and national authorities as well as the European Holiday Home Association. On-site protective measures such as wearing masks, using sanitiser, and maintaining distance are mandatory. Cleaning can be cancelled at the guest’s request during the stay. Check-in is possible from 15:00, check-out until 10:00.
