The holiday home "VILLA PERLA" is an independent, air-conditioned accommodation with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It is ideal for those who wish to spend a holiday surrounded by nature, in a shaded pine forest, or relax on the large covered terrace with dinner and a glass of wine. The beautiful and wide white sandy beach is reachable with a short walk. Among the amenities offered are a smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, and parking for several cars in the courtyard. It is also easily reachable from the other beautiful beaches of Chia and Tuerredda.

The independent holiday home is surrounded on all sides by a large courtyard shaded by a pine forest. The ground floor includes an air-conditioned living room with dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small laundry room with washing machine, a master bedroom, and the first full bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor, where the other two bedrooms and the second full bathroom are located. Air conditioning (heating and cooling) is available in the living room and in all bedrooms. Split air conditioners are installed on the ground floor, while the first floor has a ducted air conditioning system. The maximum capacity is 6 people plus 1 infant up to 3 years old.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, except for the basement. Two pieces of furniture inside the villa are reserved for the private use of the owner. Guests do not share any space and can enjoy the property in complete solitude. The garden and outdoor areas are regularly maintained by the service staff. Additional services include: washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, gas stove with oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, air conditioning (heating/cooling), satellite TV, crib, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, sun loungers, garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor shower, and private parking directly at the house.

Location and surroundings of object

Within the residential complex, traffic is kept to a minimum; the hedges, the shade of the pines, and the sea breeze just 300 meters from the house create an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility. With a short drive you reach the idyllic tourist town of Pola, a lively village (about 6,000 inhabitants) where we recommend attending the evening events in the square and where you will find all essential services and excellent restaurants, including typical local venues. The historic center is a pedestrian area with numerous shops and a charming atmosphere. The renowned "Forte Village Resort" is just 1.5 km from the house.

Shops and services (supermarket open seasonally), bars, and restaurants are available in the immediate vicinity. The area offers a wide range of sports activities (water sports, golf, tennis, horse riding, soccer). A boat trip with dinner on board is an experience not to be missed. The beaches of Chia are only about 5 km away, while Tuerredda is about 7 km away. The capital Cagliari, with its airport, is about 46 km away. The journey from Olbia takes about 3 and a half hours, while from Alghero about 3 hours.
