Bungalow Belkmerduinen 31 is a completely renovated (January 2025) and comfortable holiday home in Sint Maartenszee. The bungalow is located on park Belkmerduinen and is cycling distance from the beach. The owners have transformed this 73 m² bungalow into a lovely residence where you can optimally enjoy your holiday.

Features of the bungalow
- Suitable for 6 persons
- 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom
- Fully equipped, new open kitchen with gas cooker, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine and Senseo coffee machine
- Cosy living room with laminate floor, 3-seater sofa, chair and television (with Dutch and German satellite channels)
- Free WiFi
- For children there is a high chair

Bedrooms
- Ground floor: 1 Bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200 cm, these can be pushed together).
- First floor: Via a renewed, steep staircase with handrail, you reach the upper floor. Here is the landing with ample storage space and 2 bedrooms. 1 Bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200 cm, pushed together) and 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and single duvets . The bungalow has a relatively steep staircase to the upper floor, as shown in the photo. The upper floor also has low headroom.

Bathroom
The spacious, neat bathroom is on the ground floor and has a vanity unit, shower and toilet.

Garden and outdoor area
The lovely garden is fully fenced and offers plenty of privacy. The tiled terrace is equipped with plenty of garden chairs and 2 sun loungers, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

Additional
- Parking is available in the park's general car park. Located directly opposite bungalow 31.
- One pet is permitted (Two pets are permitted upon request)
- For your safety, a smoke detector and fire extinguisher are available.

Belkmerduinen 31 is ideal for a family with children and offers enough space for a comfortable stay. Although the bungalow can accommodate 6 people, we recommend using it for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. The layout and comfort level of the bedrooms and sleeping areas are most suitable for families with children, and possibly less comfortable for 6 adults.

booking fee: 30€ once off
damage fund: 25€ once off. A contribution will be made to the damage fund. In the event of damage, these damages will be reimbursed up to a maximum of €250.
