Description

This spacious, comfortably furnished flat is located at the foot of the beautiful dune area of St. Maartenszee. The flat is on the first floor. You enter the flat via the wooden staircase.

Apartment 77 on Zeeweg in Sint Maartenszee is beautifully and tastefully furnished. The apartment is located almost at the foot of the dunes. The beach is about a 10-minute walk through the beautiful dune area.

Entrance
The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via a wooden staircase.

Living room
The living room has a corner sofa and an armchair. There is a Smart TV with Dutch and German channels and WiFi.

Kitchen
There is a well-equipped open grey kitchen with a fridge (with freezer compartment), dishwasher, combi-oven, sandwich toaster, induction hob and extractor hood.

Bathroom
A spacious bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

2 Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has a double bed measuring 140 x 200 cm.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm.

Additional facilities
The entire 75 m² flat has central heating and laminate flooring. Next to the entrance is a spacious storage room with enough space to store bicycles and beach gear, for example.

Outside
From the living room, you can access the spacious south-facing terrace (12 m²) with garden chairs and a garden table.

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert! Das Willkommen im Büro sehr herzlich! Für alle Fälle gab es noch ein kleines Service - Päckchen mit Dingen, die man in einer Ferienwohnung gut gebrauchen kann. Praktisch ist der Raum neben der Eingangstür, dort konnten wir unsere Räder /Fahrradträger gut lagern. Geht auch gut für Strandsachen - so bleibt die Wohnung sauberer ;) Vielen Dank!
