Description

The finca, renovated in 2020, is a terraced house furnished in a modern style and in the typical local manner. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area. The domicile is popular also due to the view from the property over the garden and its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly and romantic accommodation. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Location
Vižinada. The finca is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a wall. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Special
Air conditioning. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, iron, ironing board and washing machine. TV reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late October with a view of the surroundings 40 m x 80 m 1.4 m deep).

Dogs
allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.

Shopping 500 m, restaurant 2 km, town centre 300 m. A car is necessary for a relaxing holiday. Doctor, pharmacy each 7 km in Kastelir. Sauna, nightclub each 17 km in Lanterna Resort. In summer: Swimming opportunity 17 km in Lanterna Resort (nudist beach 17 km in Lanterna Resort with sand, pebbles, stones, rocks and bathing platforms). Dog beach, tennis, mini-golf, horse riding, diving, water sports facilities, boat hire each 17 km in Lanterna Resort. Golf in Umag Savudrija 20 km.

The entrance to your finca is on the ground floor, is level, and leads directly into the open-plan kitchen-living room.
Ground floor: Living room (12 sqm) with 2 extra beds on a double pull-out sofa, seating area, TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace. Bedroom (15 sqm) with 2 single beds and air conditioning. Kitchen (5 sqm) with air conditioning, dining area (6 seats), gas hob (4 burners), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine. Storage room. Bathroom (4 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Bedroom (13 sqm) with 1 double bed (king size) and air conditioning. Bathroom (4 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.


House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
The landlord does not accept bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.

Included in the price: Outdoor pool, babycot, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, hand towels, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 12,50 € per object per stay. local tax.
