Description

This casa is a holiday home in the picturesque town of Vižinada, just 20 minutes by car from Porec and only 17 km from the holiday resort of Lanterna with its beautiful and well-kept pebble and rocky beaches. There are several wine roads and the olive oil road in the vicinity of the house, as well as some famous wineries. The Parenzana cycling/hiking trail passes right by the holiday home. The house is situated on a 2000 m2, fully fenced garden plot with well-tended lawns and flowers and offers its guests a 32 m2 pool, sun loungers, a brick barbecue and a beautiful covered terrace with garden furniture as well as several covered parking spaces. There is also a volleyball court, a small football pitch and a trampoline.
The Casa offers 150 square metres of space for up to 10 people and is ideal for families or groups of friends. It consists of two separate apartments, both located on the ground floor of the house. One flat has a triple room with a double bed and a single bed, shower/WC, kitchen/living room with dining table and double sofa bed and terrace. The second flat has a double room, a single room, shower/WC, kitchen/living room with dining table and pull-out sofa bed for two people and terrace. On the ground floor there is a 50sqm tavern for cosy get-togethers with a fully equipped kitchen and large dining table, satellite TV and shower/WC.
Youth groups are not permitted.

We loved our stay, especially the garden with private pool and the nearby routes for cycling and close to Porec.

Super friendly landlords

The landlords are very friendly. We received olive oil as a gift, and the landlady baked us a delicious cake. The house is very well-maintained, and what positively surprised us was that there was hand soap, hand towels, and bath towels. Directly across the street (1 min walk) there is a small supermarket and a café/bar. The location is good, about 30 minutes from Porec. For us, it was a very pleasant stay, and we can recommend the house :-).
