The holiday home is spacious with a great lake view, just a short walk through the garden down to the private beach and lake.
Next to the main house is a guest house with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, kitchenette, and WC.
Lower floor
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, oven, wood stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine. The room is furnished with a kitchen island, dining table and chairs,
door leading out to a furnished terrace with lake view! The living room has a large sofa (2 beds) and a smart TV,
the adjoining room is a playroom for children, where they can
play floorball/hockey and table tennis. A work/bedroom with a double bed.
Bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upper floor
Here there are three bedrooms and a spacious hallway with a “cozy corner”
and a Chromecast TV. Bathroom with toilet.
Two bedrooms each with 1 double bed and wardrobes. The second bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
In the garden there is a wood-fired sauna with a lake view, which certainly invites you to relax,
its warmth a welcome contrast after a cool shower. Adjacent is the entrance to an elegant orangery,
which is flooded with light and offers a quiet space for breakfast, reading, or dinner.
Bocce court and a large lawn, suitable for other outdoor games.
At the lakeshore, a rowboat and a canoe are available. A cozily furnished boathouse and an outdoor fire pit offer the opportunity for lovely barbecue evenings.

Situated by the lake, undisturbed and no neighbours. Private beach and lakeside.
Near the small village of Hensmåla, south of Sweden,
only 5 km from Tingsryd, which has many shops, restaurants and cafes.
Within a short distance you is the Baltic Sea and coastal towns.
Surrounding the house is a lush forest. Cycle/walking paths in direct nearby area.
Several nature reserves with beech trees.
