Unfortunately, our stay left a rather sobering impression. The hotel seems to have seen better days – the shine is simply gone. The furniture appears noticeably outdated, as does the technical equipment. The wellness area also fails to convince at the moment: Only about half is usable, while the rest is out of order due to defective facilities. The situation is similar in the fitness area. The devices are mostly outdated and partially defective. For a hotel that advertises wellness and fitness, this is unacceptable in my view. Particularly inconvenient is the lack of telephone accessibility to the reception. For any issue, one must go to the reception in person, as telephone contact apparently is not possible. This is very impractical, especially for a larger hotel. There is also a clear need for improvement in cleanliness. In many places, the hotel does not seem as well-maintained as one would expect at this standard and price. Positive highlights are, after all, the pool and the breakfast. The latter, after the recent closure for hygiene reasons, now makes a pleasing impression again and offers a good start to the day. Overall, however, the impression remains that urgent investment and modernization are needed. From a hotel with wellness and fitness offerings, I expect functioning facilities, modern equipment, and above all, a consistently clean environment. There is clearly a need for improvement here.

Booked apartment not received, supposedly the booking process was not completed. Everything was carried out as described in the emails. The entire booking process was suspicious, pay in advance to confirm the booking.. Never again through belvilla! It smells like fraud.

The two-room apartment was exactly what we needed for our trip, it had all the important things, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area, the private bathroom was a nice addition, and the second toilet was practical for our group,

Our family had a great time at this resort. The kids loved the swimming pool, and the adults enjoyed the spa facilities. The apartment was spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Overall, a very relaxing environment.

We visit the hotel every year during Advent and have already reserved for November 2026.

The kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped, there is not much dishware and cutlery, the mattress could be better as it seems a bit worn out and an unconventional repair with particle boards has been made underneath, the Finnish sauna is already a few years old and could use a refresh, in the evenings, when one wants to use the sauna, it can get a bit loud due to the children in the adjacent pool, perhaps it would be sensible to introduce special spa times for families? The parking lot costs 12 euros per day, which I find a bit high. Positively noteworthy is the great location of the hotel and the friendly staff. You also have the option to use the outdoor pool, and there are fresh regional apples to take with you every day. The high-quality e-bikes that can be rented easily are another plus!
