The moment you step into Villa Pupolo, you leave your worries at the doorstep and enter a space where only comfort, beauty, and pure relaxation remain. Nestled near the charming hilltop town of Grožnjan in Istria, the villa takes its name from the old Istro-Venetian word for “picture” or “the art of creating,” reflecting its unique character where tradition and creativity meet in harmony.
Surrounded by a spacious private garden, the villa invites you to unwind by the large 40 m² swimming pool, refresh under the outdoor shower, or enjoy long evenings with the BBQ and open-air dining area. A beautiful covered porch offers a cozy outdoor lounge space, perfect for slow mornings or sunset gatherings, while children can play freely in the private playground with swings, a slide, and a trampoline.
Inside, the villa blends rustic charm with artistic touches, featuring modern artwork and even an old piano that adds to its warm and inspiring atmosphere. Spread across two floors, it offers four comfortable bedrooms, three with double beds and one with twin beds, along with three modern bathrooms with showers, making it ideal for families or groups.
The heart of the home is a spacious living room with a fireplace, connected to a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting indoor dining area, creating a natural flow for shared moments and relaxation.
With private parking for up to four cars, everything is designed for your convenience and ease.

*A 300 EUR final cleaning fee is due upon arrival, and pets are welcome with a 15 EUR per day per dog fee.
