Welcome to a charming and peaceful holiday home with proximity to the sea and beautiful nature while being close to Kalmar's city pulse. This cozy house is located in the scenic Vadstenalund, right by Drag and Revsudden, within walking distance of some of the area's finest sandy beaches. Long, sunny days by the sea await you here - regardless of whether you prefer the popular beaches at Enerevet and Revsudden or the more secluded, incredible sandy beach Vita Strand closest to the house. The house offers a harmonious and relaxing environment, perfect for those who want to disconnect from everyday life. On the pleasant patio you can enjoy meals in the sun, barbecue in the evening or just sit back in a sun lounger with a good book. There is also a swing set for the children. Inside you are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open plan with a ceiling up to the ridge creates a wonderful feeling of space. The living room offers a comfortable sofa group and sofa bed as well as a TV screen with chromecast. There is an open sleeping area with a double bed that is stylishly framed with drapes for a cozy feel. Above the kitchen area is a sleeping loft with two thicker mattresses that is accessed via a ladder. The practical kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a convenient countertop dishwasher. There is also a cozy dining area for shared moments. The bathroom is fresh and modern, with amenities such as a washing machine.
