Welcome to this charming cottage offers the perfect balance of sea and forest living. Set on a large woodland plot, it’s ideal for quiet moments in a hammock or recliner. A small sandy beach and long bathing jetty lie just below the house, with the larger Enerevet beach nearby. Explore Lindö Nature Reserve, enjoy sweeping views from Alkullaberget, or rent a canoe or kayak to experience Kalmar Sound from the water. This comfortable home accommodates up to five adults or four adults and two children, offering a total of six beds. Enjoy peaceful mornings with coffee on the balcony and sweeping sea views stretching toward Kalmar, Öland, and the iconic Öland Bridge. Inside, the spacious dining room is perfect for long dinners with a view, while the fresh, well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for easy meals. The house features two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with twin beds - plus a living room with TV, desk, armchair, and sofa bed. A modern tiled bathroom includes a washing machine for added convenience. There is much to explore within Drag's surroundings: Kalmar with the wonderful Kalmar Castle, Nybro with moose safaris and the surrounding Glass Kingdom, Öland, which is the island of the sun and winds, with the Castle Ruinen, Solliden Castle, interesting ancient castles and the Öland Zoo with animals, an amusement park and a water park. The advantages of this beautiful accommodation are many. Cleaning is included in this house, but even then, the house must always be left in good condition before departure. NOTE: The house does not allow parties or youth group bookings. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted. For safety reasons, the fireplace is not in use.

The location is fantastic! Just a short drive to Kalmar and the beautiful Öland Bridge. The house itself was clean and had everything necessary. We enjoyed our time here, but be prepared for a somewhat longer drive to the main attractions.

We had a fantastic family trip to the holiday home in Rockneby! The location was quiet, surrounded by nature and just a short walk from the beach. The kids loved the small sandy beach and the long bathing pier. A perfect place to relax!
