Cancellation terms:
Rental & Cancellation Conditions: Your booking becomes binding once we have provided written confirmation. To secure your booking, a deposit of 30% of the rental price (minimum €100) is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before arrival. The holiday home is available to you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival; on the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the house by 10:00 a.m. A security deposit of €200 is to be paid upon arrival. The house is intended for the number of people booked. Pets are warmly welcome by prior arrangement. Cancellation: Should something come up, the following rules apply: Up to 60 days before arrival, 30% of the rental price will be charged. After that, 100% of the rental price will be charged. Of course, we will make every effort to re-let the property in such cases. If we succeed, we will refund any amounts already paid on a pro-rata basis (95%). We recommend taking out travel cancellation or interruption insurance to protect yourself in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
