If the holiday property is re-rented at the original price after cancellation, the above-mentioned fees may be reduced. In addition to the compensation fee, a processing fee of €35.00 will be charged in the event of cancellation. The customer is free to prove that the damage incurred by us as a result of the cancellation is less or did not occur at all. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
