While this releases the customer from the obligation to pay the agreed rental price, a reasonable compensation fee will be charged. This fee corresponds to a certain percentage of the agreed rental price and depends on the timing of the withdrawal. In addition to the compensation fee, a processing fee of €35.00 will be charged in the event of cancellation.
