Welcome to Casa Berenike 2 in Costermano near Verona – your retreat for relaxing holidays at Lake Garda! The holiday home Casa Berenike II, which extends over 2 floors, is built in natural stone and features large, floor-to-ceiling windows. The facilities include a spacious living room with a new fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, and a new shower bathroom with a window. The flat-screen TV in the living area offers German-language television and radio reception via satellite dish. On the sunny side of the house (south-west location) there is a terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. From the holiday home you look out over a wonderful, Tuscany-like landscape. All windows have shutters that protect against excessive sunlight. The living area is approx. 90m². In the house you have free Wi-Fi reception. Sun-protected parking spaces at a short walking distance ensure a stress-free arrival.

Refreshment and bathing fun are provided by the recently completely renovated swimming pool of the complex.

Casa Berenike 2 is reserved exclusively for non-smokers and guarantees a pleasant living climate. The stylish furnishings create a cozy atmosphere in which you will feel at home from the very first moment. The proximity to Lake Garda, surrounded by green nature and Mediterranean flair, makes this house the perfect starting point for relaxing and varied holidays.

Location and surroundings of object

The house is part of a private owners’ complex, which is located in an idyllic nature park. The park is part of a protected landscape area and is not used commercially. It impresses with its charming location on a hill above Lake Garda, with old trees and a magnificent view of a Tuscany-like landscape. Within the complex there is a pool (approx. 01.05. – 30.09. in operation) as well as a tennis court. Both facilities are available free of charge. A caretaker lives permanently on the premises (House 33), who is not responsible for private rentals, but can be called for help in emergencies. Two good restaurants are only a few minutes’ walk away. Despite its quiet location, the complex is only a 5-minute drive from the town of Garda and the lake with its diverse leisure and sports facilities. The nearest towns, Costermano and Albare, can be reached by car in 3 minutes and offer various shopping opportunities as well as a selection of good restaurants with local cuisine. The small picturesque towns on the lake, e.g. Malcesine, Torri de Benaco, Bardolino, Lacise, Limone, etc., are charming excursion destinations. The highlights of the region, such as Venice and Milan, can be reached by car in only one and a half hours. Verona, with its architectural features from Roman times (e.g. Arena di Verona), is only about 30 minutes away by car.
