Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the La Filanda residence. The residence is located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda in an elevated position in the village of Costermano. The complex has a small children's pool and an adult pool, which are surrounded by a well-tended garden with sun loungers and parasols. The restaurant with a fantastic terrace is happy to spoil guests with delicious dishes. The residence also has a small playground. Wifi is available free of charge at reception. Bicycle hire is available 500 metres away. A coin-operated washing machine is also available to holiday guests.
The two-room flat Bilo Classic offers space for a maximum of 4 people. The flat is located on the first or second floor. It has a bedroom with a double bed. In the adjoining living area, a double sofa bed offers two additional sleeping places. The kitchenette has a cooker, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower and WC. Sat TV, safe, air conditioning, heating, a car park, final cleaning (except kitchenette) and a telephone are included in the rental price. A high chair, bed linen and towels can be added on request when booking (for a fee). Travelling time from ital. Border approx. 2.5h. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same flat type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 17.05.-01.06.2024 and from 05.07.-24.08.2024 the minimum length of stay is 5 nights (daily arrival possible). During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 4 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
Just a few minutes' drive from the residence, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in Lake Garda or simply relax on one of the free beaches while your children let off steam and make new friends.
POOL
In the outdoor area of the residence you will find a cosy pool area with a swimming pool and a small children's pool, which provide the necessary refreshment on warm summer days and great swimming fun for the whole family. Children can splash around in the children's pool and really let off steam. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge around the pool.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Enjoy wonderful hours with your family on the long pebble beaches on Lake Garda or swimming fun for young and old in the residence's outdoor pool. A baby cot and high chair can be hired on request for a fee (reservation required when booking).
LEISURE AND SPORT
The residence has a great swimming pool. There is also a bike hire service 500 metres from the residence. The Lake Garda region also offers a wide range of sporting activities outside the residence. You can practise water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing and motor boating. The inland area is ideal for cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis and golf. Nature lovers will get their money's worth on long hikes or trekking tours.
SHOPPING
The holiday residence has a small mini-market and is also not far from the old town of Garda. There you will find supermarkets, small greengrocers, fishmongers, wonderfully fragrant bakeries and wine shops, as well as colourful weekly markets.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge with freezer compartment. All shopping facilities are nearby. If you prefer to eat in the residence's restaurant, you can book "a la carte", breakfast or half board (on site on arrival). The delicacies on the menu offer something for every taste. There is also a small selection of restaurants in Costermano.

LOCATION
This comfortable and family-friendly holiday residence is located in the hills of Garda in Costermano, just 4 km from the historic centre of Garda. Not only can you reach the beaches around the beautiful Lake Garda in just a few minutes by car, we also recommend a trip to the winding alleyways of Garda's old town centre. Here you can go for a stroll and many restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours invite you to take a break.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Costermano is situated on an elevated position on the eastern shore of Lake Garda and is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation. The nearby town of Garda invites you to take wonderful walks along the extensive lakeside promenade. There is also a small harbour in Garda, where you can watch the hustle and bustle of the fishermen or take a boat trip to discover the area. The buildings and architecture in Garda are characterised by the former great power of Venice. Be inspired by the elegant and ornate buildings. You can buy great souvenirs as well as delicious fresh fish and meat, fresh fruit and vegetables at the weekly market. There is a market day in Garda once a week. The town of Peschiera del Garda is also located on Lake Garda. It attracts visitors with its old town centre surrounded by canals and the mighty and beautifully overgrown fortress. In just over half an hour you can be in Verona for a city trip with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet and, of course, the world-famous Arena with its open-air performances. To the west are the cities of Brescia, Bergamo and Milan, which invite you to go on an extensive shopping tour. Even picturesque Venice is within easy reach of Garda. Travelling around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you will find Gardaland, which is one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families get their money's worth here, with over 40 attractions ranging from white water rides to a fairy-tale themed world, there is something for young and old alike. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium is waiting to introduce visitors to the underwater world. Breathtaking stunt shows await visitors at Movieland in Lazise. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes by car from the south-eastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and is home to a number of endangered species such as tigers, leopards and the little panda. Visitors can go on safari on a walking trail and get close to animals such as rhinos, hippos and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
