The sea is only 500 meters away, and from the balconies as well as the spacious rooftop terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the Brijuni Islands. The villa features an outdoor pool that can be heated upon request – ideal for a stay outside the main season. For additional relaxation, there is a jacuzzi, and comfortable sun loungers are also available. The spacious terrace is equipped with a large dining table, barbecue, refrigerator, and a large TV – perfect for enjoying warm evenings together with family or friends. The interior of the villa is modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay for up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, as well as a bathroom. On the upper floor there are three spacious bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, and TV. In addition, there is another bathroom and a separate guest WC available here. Altogether, the villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest WC. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the Brijuni National Park.
