Welcome to this cozy house in the center of Nävekvarn – a perfect place to stay if you want to combine the archipelago, nature, and the convenience of being within walking distance of the village’s amenities. The house accommodates up to five guests and offers a comfortable and welcoming stay with plenty of space for families or friends traveling together. There is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your own meals during your stay. The living room is bright and inviting, with windows facing the garden and the terrace, creating a pleasant feeling of space and a close connection to the greenery outside. At the back of the house you will find a lovely, private terrace – an ideal place for breakfast in the morning sun, relaxing during the day, or enjoying a quiet dinner outdoors. There is also a barbecue, perfect for long summer evenings with outdoor cooking. From the house, you can easily walk to restaurants and cafés in Nävekvarn. The harbor, marina, and a nice swimming area are located about 1 km away, where you can take a swim or enjoy the beautiful coastal surroundings. Nävekvarn is beautifully located by the bay of Bråviken and is surrounded by scenic landscapes with forests, coastline, and great opportunities for hiking. The area is part of the beautiful Kolmården region and offers excellent possibilities for walks, cycling, and excursions along the coast. Pets are welcome in the house, making it easy to bring your four-legged family members on holiday. If you would like to visit the capital, it is easy to take the train from Nyköping to Stockholm, making it possible to combine the peaceful coastal setting with a day trip to the city’s attractions, shopping, and restaurants. This house is ideal for guests who want to stay in a calm and comfortable setting with close access to the sea, nature, and village life.
