In immediate proximity to the beach (approx. 200 m), where your own beach chair in the front row is available to you free of charge during the summer season, “Riph 7” is located on the “border” between the exclusive Timmendorfer Strand and the tranquil fishing village of Niendorf, in one of the most exclusive and beautiful residential areas of Timmendorfer Strand.
“Riph 7” offers approx. 100 sqm with 3 bedrooms and 2 new modern bathrooms, accommodating 6 people. Thanks to the comfortable, small guest house in the garden, which can be booked for an additional fee, up to 8 guests can optionally enjoy plenty of space and privacy for a wonderful Baltic Sea holiday.
The light-flooded living and dining area breathes history.
You are reminded a little of an old captain’s house. The seating area, furnished with Scandinavian and French furniture, is the ideal place for pleasant conversations and relaxed exchanges of ideas. In the dining area, old wooden panels meet a cozy corner bench. Up to 8 people can feast, play, and chat here.
A separate TV room with cable TV, internet and WiFi, as well as a reading corner, offer retreats for every taste. On the small desk, you can take care of the things that are sometimes necessary on holiday.
Enjoy sunny days and romantic evenings on the terrace with a view of the well-kept garden, and use the grill for culinary evenings outdoors. In the pergola, your bicycles are safe and your e-bikes can be charged here. Here you will find sun loungers, a gas grill, and a stand-up paddling board (SUP). Beach toys are available – your children are warmly welcome here!
The “Nostalgia Kitchen”: We have deliberately preserved and restored the charming original kitchen from the 1950s and complemented it with modern appliances (induction stove, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee machine, milk frother, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave) for you. In addition, there is extensive equipment with kitchen utensils.
Cutlery and high-quality crockery can be found in the beautiful old cabinets in the living area.
On the ground floor, two brand new bathrooms (built in 2026) with walk-in showers, WC, and mirrored cabinets await you. Washing machine and dryer are available free of charge.
In the spacious bedroom on the ground floor, you will be awakened by the morning sun. The large box spring bed ensures restful sleep. Ample closet space – in all bedrooms – provides enough room even for longer stays.
From the small hallway, a somewhat steep staircase leads to the cozy upper floor, which breathes the charm of the 1950s.
Under the cozy sloping ceilings, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be pushed together. Large wardrobes offer plenty of space. Nostalgic extra: Each bedroom on the upper floor has its own wash area.
The separate WC on the upper floor ensures short distances at night.
Long-term stays are also possible, so you can enjoy the Baltic Sea at any time of year.
The house is intended exclusively for non-smokers. Smoking is permitted in the pergola and on the terrace.
Two free parking spaces directly at the house provide the necessary convenience.
For golfers: Three first-class golf courses can be reached in just 5–10 minutes by car.
