Elbe27 is a well-maintained, non-smoking studio apartment for up to 2 people and is ideal for a relaxing break for couples or solo travelers. The apartment is located in the city of Flensburg (Elbestraße 27) on the 1st floor of a well-maintained apartment complex with an elevator and was last renovated in 2025. A free private parking space (underground parking space) is available; a car is recommended, but public transportation is only about 50 m away.

In addition to the combined living and sleeping area, the accommodation has a comfortable shower room. The living area features a sofa corner with a dining area and dining table; the flooring is easy-care designer flooring. For entertainment and comfort, there is a TV (35–44 inches) with digital cable connection and international channels, as well as WiFi with internet speeds from 100 Mbit/s. Privacy screens on all windows ensure privacy; smoke detectors are available.

The open-plan kitchen faces the living room and offers the best conditions for self-catering: 4-plate stove, oven (electric), microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery. Practical details such as spices, dish towels, and trash cans are also provided.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, mirror, and shower. Bed linen, towels, and bath towels are included, as well as a starter kit. For longer stays, a washing machine for personal use, a clothes horse, iron, and ironing board are available; a vacuum cleaner is also provided.

Outside, a covered balcony with garden furniture invites you to linger. A view of the garden and the surrounding countryside round off the living experience. The sea is approx. 1,200 m away, and the sandy beach approx. 3,900 m. Shopping facilities and restaurants are about 550 m away, the town is about 3,500 m away; the train station (approx. 4,300 m) and ferry (approx. 3,700 m) are also easily accessible. Golf is possible at approx. 12,500 m, the airport is approx. 150,000 m away.

Pets are allowed (max. 1), youth groups are not permitted.
