Here is the translation of your text into English: --- We kindly ask you to transfer 20% of the invoice amount, namely €256.88, to the account NL97 RABO 0305 8907 19 of Vakantieburo Julianadorp within 1 week of the invoice date. The remaining 80% of the invoice amount, namely €1,027.53, should be transferred to the same account at least 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. In the event of timely cancellation, the amount will be refunded minus administrative costs. We charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees: - For cancellations from the 90th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip: 25% of the rental price - For cancellations from the 59th day to the 30th day before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price - For cancellations from the 29th day to the 10th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price - For cancellations from the 9th day to the 0th day before the start of the trip and in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price The deposit will be returned to you within one week after your departure.
