This comfortable 50 m² apartment is situated on the second floor and is perfectly suited only for two adults and no kids, with the capacity to accommodate one baby (a children's bed can be provided upon request, along with a high chair). The apartment belongs to a group of 7 apartments. No. 7 is located and increases from the balcony you have a nice view. The interior is somewhat dated and the sofas and chairs made of synthetic leather could not really appeal to us. The kitchen equipment is very brief and perhaps a kettle and microwave are missing. The tiles in the bathroom were partially cracked and let loose here and there. It's a nice apartment but a little refurbishment is required. We are really talking about classification. A cozy living room and bedroom except the interior. The apartment is very suitable to take trips from there. It is not located near a beach, so for true beachgoers less suitable. We had a good time, lots of walking, sites visited, etc. A car is necessary, because we would not know what we should do without it. The apartment is in a less touristy part of Tenerife, but we liked it.
