Welcome to our "Luxury City Center Apartment," an exclusive part of Atelier Walstraat. Here you experience the best of Deventer in the historic Bergkwartier, with Walstraat at your doorstep. Upon entering Atelier Walstraat, you arrive in the Gallery among Yvette’s paintings. If you take the stairs up, you enter the living area, with a spacious kitchen and a dining table. From here you can walk through to the sleeping area or go up the small stairs to the living room area of the loft. At the back there is a bathroom and toilet.

The passageway at Bergkerkplein with an electronic post is freely accessible. If it is not already open, it will automatically go down when the car is positioned.

Guests especially praise the excellent cleanliness and the well-kept nature of the accommodation. Everything is described as fresh, clean, and well-maintained, which immediately creates a pleasant and relaxed feeling upon arrival. Additionally, it is emphasized that the accommodation fully matches the description and photos, ensuring that expectations and reality align seamlessly. The location is also experienced as a great advantage: centrally located in relation to shops, restaurants, and attractions, but at the same time quiet and comfortable.
