Welcome to Quartier Aachen West – your cozy holiday accommodation in a beautiful location in the west of the old imperial city.
From here, you can easily reach the city center with the historic old town, the impressive Aachen Cathedral (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the traditional Aachen Town Hall, as well as numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops. This high-quality and fully equipped private accommodation offers space for up to four people and combines a location close to nature with very good connections to the city center, the university hospital of RWTH Aachen, and the neighboring municipality of Vaals (NL).
The house features two bright and spacious bedrooms and is ideal for a comfortable stay in the old imperial city as well as excursions and activities in the border region with the Netherlands and Belgium, the so-called Heuvelland. The open living room with integrated dining area invites you to relax and spend time together. The separate, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals.
Two modern bathrooms provide extra comfort and privacy – especially pleasant when staying with several people.
The small garden offers you additional space to relax outdoors. You can safely and conveniently store your bicycles in the existing garden shed.
Please understand that this accommodation is not suitable for parties and events.
The main tenant should be at least 25 years old.
Your accommodation is located on the outskirts of Aachen, in the border area with the Netherlands and Belgium, and is the ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours to the Three-Country Point in Vaals or in the Heuvelland of Zuid-Limburg. The residential complex borders directly on fields and meadows.
A footpath/field path leads to the university hospital or in the direction of Gut Melaten and the Seffent district. It is only a few minutes by car to the Aachen Golf Club.
Parking spaces are generally available on the parking strip in front of the house (e.g. for loading and unloading your car).
Since our house is located in a 30 km/h zone or a residents' parking area, parking fees apply from Mon. - Fri. during the day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Minimum deposit 1 €; 0.50 € / 20 min.; free on Sundays and public holidays
Parking tickets can be extended/cancelled with the Easypark app.
Free parking is otherwise possible on the roadside at the end of the residential area (approx. 100 m from the house). However, parking spaces here are limited and in high demand.
At a distance of approx. 3 km from the house, there is a P+R parking lot at Vaalser Str. / Westfriedhof. Here you can park your car for free during the day and conveniently continue your journey from there to, for example, the city center with several bus lines.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: No free cancellation. The booking is binding upon receipt of the agreed deposit. If the trip cannot be undertaken, the following cancellation conditions apply: up to 90 days before arrival: 35% of the rental price 89 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Notes: Since January 1, 2026, a lodging tax of €2.50 per person per night has been charged in Aachen. Children and adolescents up to the age of 18 are exempt. This tax as well as a deposit of €100 will be charged in addition to the rental price.
