The detached holiday home is located near the front of a beautiful green park in the charming village of Simpelveld with nice restaurants. Very centrally located in South Limburg. Close to well-known cities such as Valkenburg, Vaals, Aachen and Maastricht and options for various walking and cycling routes. The park is situated next to the beautiful steam train station of the Miljoenenlijn. The house is easily accessible via the A76 and the N281.
