Overall, it was good. The required sunshade was defective in the anchoring on the balcony, so I had to try to set it up again daily, which was annoying. The balcony box with the beautiful planting was crooked and unstable. A wire was used to try to stabilize it. The wire protruded so far over the flower box that I injured myself in the stomach area on the first day when bending over the balcony railing. Furthermore, the toilet could be cleaned more thoroughly. I also cleaned the brown edges in the toilet bowl here. I haven't seen a cleaning staff in the 2 weeks, just the abandoned vacuum cleaner in a corner. I used it to vacuum after a week. These are small things that could be addressed. Otherwise, I felt quite comfortable. Everything that was needed was there and worked. I would come back.
