Vrbnik. The holiday home is located on a garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The house is not directly accessible by car. The house offers a partial sea view. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in a carport and in a car park in the village (distance 50 m). A private parking space is located 50 m from the property. It is a private, covered parking space, which is 50 m from the house.

Air conditioning. The accommodation has air conditioning in the living area. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception is via satellite.

The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor and leads directly into the living room. The house is not directly accessible by car. To transport your luggage, you can park your car about 20 m from the house and then use the private car park 50 m away. Living room with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, seating area, TV, dining area (3 seats) and access to the terrace (15 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 3 chairs). Bedroom with 1 double bed (king size). Kitchenette in the living room with air conditioning, electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Smoking is prohibited in the property.
