Kucha 26b is ideal for taking a break from the chaotic daily routine. It is a true paradise for guests who want to enjoy the beautiful indoor and outdoor ambience, the magnificent view of Vrbnik's old town and the sea, as well as local wines and specialities.
The special feature of Kucha 26b is its high-quality design and originality. The house was built in 2019 and is furnished with love and individual details that provide cosiness and comfort. Vrbnik is a destination where you can explore historical monuments, discover traditional values, enjoy new gastronomic specialities and visit great wine cellars.
Kucha 26b can accommodate up to 8 guests and offers a pleasant and secluded functional outdoor area for true relaxation and holiday. It is all geared towards holidays, lounging, sunbathing and swimming in the pool. The villa has central underfloor heating and a cooling system. Combined with a fireplace, it is an excellent choice if you are planning a spring or autumn holiday. The town's well-kept beach is an 8-minute walk away. There are also two parking spaces.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom and a common living area with kitchen and dining area. Traditional darker and natural colours permeate the house, giving a feeling of comfort, life and warmth, in a modern, aesthetic and functional way. For the furnishings, we used natural materials and worked with artisans and designers to create unique furniture and designed matching cushions and accessories to furnish all the rooms. Upstairs there are three more rooms and two bathrooms. Each room is individually decorated, either with a painting or through its interior design. Each room has an unobstructed view of the sea and its own exit to a covered balcony where you can rest comfortably in a hammock to watch the magical sunrise.
The covered outdoor kitchen offers the perfect comfort of a real functional kitchen, while a huge oak table and a former "kitchenette" envelop you with relaxed and positive energy that spreads all over the soft cushions. This is how socialising mixes with the culinary creativity of the respective chefs and the hedonistic nonchalance of the diners. This outdoor sea-view spot and yoga room gives you plenty of inspiration and fills you with energy.
