Vrbnik. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalt). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor, is level, and leads via the 15 sqm terrace directly into the living/bedroom. Eat-in kitchen with 2 additional beds on a double pull-out sofa, seating area, TV, air conditioning, dining area (4 seats) and access to the terrace (15 sqm, garden furniture, parasol). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with gas hob (2 burners), electric hob (2 plates), oven, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and with pots for cooking, cutlery and towels. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.

Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, tv, washing machine, electricity, gas, water, barbecue, Bed linen (weekly change), hand towels (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 3,80 € per person per stay. final cleaning obligatory 62,50 € per object per stay.
Costs on the spot: On request: heating 5 € per object per day.
