The holiday home, renovated in 2020, is a semi-detached house and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday home complex. The residence is also popular due to its quiet and sunny waterfront location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire area and courtyard.

Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. The property consists of 2 separate apartments, with separate entrances to the ground floor and the upper floor.

Kitchenette with air conditioning, electric cooker (ceramic hob, 2 rings), fridge (freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate WC with WC and window.
Upper floor: Living room with 1 double bed, 2 extra beds on sleeping accommodation, TV, air conditioning, dining area (6 seats) and access to the balcony (5 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs). 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and air conditioning. American kitchen with air conditioning, electric cooker (ceramic hob, 2 rings), fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and washing machine. Gallery in the living room with air conditioning and 4 sleeping places on the gallery. 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate WC with WC and window.
