Both a garage parking space and an outdoor parking space are available for your vehicle; a socket in the garage ensures convenient charging of your electric car.
The fully equipped kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired: oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine are available so you can cater for yourself at any time. The tiled stove in the living room provides cozy warmth. We provide the wood for it free of charge. Fresh bed linen is provided, as well as a high chair for the little ones. In the cozy living area, a television and free Wi-Fi invite you to relax and linger. The underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth even on cool days. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and impresses with stylish details. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. My name is Sandra v. Wielemans-Neutsch. I have been renting out our holiday apartment since 2003. Originally with my mother, who lived in the downstairs apartment. After her death last year, we now live in the apartment, but we are not always there because our main residence is still in NRW near Cologne. We are always striving to keep the apartment up to date. Most recently, the floor in the living room and hallway was renewed and fiber optic internet was installed. A modern air fryer has been purchased for the kitchen.
