VILLA Luis PRIMA - consists of an independent apartment, maisonette with terrace, balcony, and garden

My holiday house Villa Luis PRIMA - with a living area of 75 m², a large, covered terrace is new and fully furnished. For up to 6 people. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, hallway, 2 bathrooms, and the terrace (with garden furniture: a table with chairs), grill and clothes dryer.

1. In the bedroom there is a large bed (160x200cm), bedside tables with night lamps, a wardrobe. TV - SAT. Polish and German channels

2. In the second bedroom you will find 2 beds (90x200cm), a chest of drawers, a shelf.

There is a living room, a Figt, television, TV-SAT (Polish and German channels), a table with chairs, a sofa
and an RTV cabinet. The kitchen is open, has a refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction stove (4 burners), electric kettle, extractor hood, a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, oven. The kitchen is fully equipped (plates, pots, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery).
Two bathrooms – the bathroom is elegant with a shower, washbasin with a cabinet and a hairdryer, toilet. In the hallway there is a large wardrobe, coat hooks, large mirror, folding screen. A vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies (sponge, dish soap) are available to you.
There is an ironing board and an iron in the house. Shutters on the ground floor of the house.
