VILLA Luis - besteht aus zwei unabhängigen Apartments, Maisonette mit Terrasse und Garten.
Mein Ferienhaus-"Luis" with einer Wohnflache von 98 m², einer großen, überdachten Terrasse ist neu und komplett eingerichtet.Für max 8 Personen. Das Haus besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer und mit der Küche, dem Flur, 2 groß Bad, und der Terrasse( mit den Gartenmöbeln: ein Tisch mit 6 Stühlen) Grill und Wäschetrockner.
1.Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein großes Bett (160x200cm) Nachtschränkchen mit Nachtlampen, ein Schrank .TV - SAT.Polnische und deutsche Programme
2.Im zweiten Schlafzimmer finden Sie 2 Betten (90x200cm) Sie können zusammen gestellt werden,

3.Im dritten Schlafzimmer gibt es 2 Betten 90/200, Nachttisch + Lampe, einen Schrank.

Die Küche ist offen, hat einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Induktionsherd (4 Brenner) elektrischer Wasserkocher, Abzugshaube, eine Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüle .Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Teller, Töpfe, Glaser, Weingläser, Besteck)
Zwei Badezimme- ist elegant ist Badezimmer mit der Dusche, Waschbecken mit einem Schrank und ein Haartrockner, der Toilette. Im Flur befindet sich ein großer Kleiderschrank Kleiderhaken, großer Spiegel, Paravent, Sonnenschirm, und einen Regenschirm.
In jedem Haus steht Ihnen ein Staubsauger und Putzmittel (Schwamm, Spülmittel).
Mein zweites Haus -" Deiv" - with einer Fläche von 75 m2 -für max. 6 Personen. Ist gleich ausgestattet, 2 Schlafzimmergroßen, überdachten Terrasse ist neu und komplett eingerichtet. Das Haus besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer und mit der Küche, dem Flur, 2 groß Bad, und der Terrasse( mit den Gartenmöbeln:ein Tisch mit 6 Stühlen) Grill und Wäschetrockner.

Excellent accommodation
Very clean, good and clean equipment, the proximity to the beach was excellent - even the dog felt comfortable - shopping facilities were within walking distance - we didn't want to leave, it was so beautiful! Definitely recommended.

Newly built, modern, stylish and practically equipped. The beach can be reached in a few minutes. Very friendly and nice hostess. We can recommend the house.

Apartment DEIV - New, but with limitations
As a family of three, we booked this apartment and were the third tenants. It is new and modern, but still not completely satisfactory. The upper shower bathroom for women is hardly usable due to a lack of privacy at the window from the neighboring apartment. Only a starter package for the dishwasher (2 tabs), toilet paper (2 rolls), dish soap, and a cloth were provided. Unfortunately, the oven and the existing grill were still greasy from the previous tenant. We were lucky, but there was a 2cm long screw on the parking area from the construction work. The toilet on the ground floor is hardly usable, as the under-sink cabinet is too close to the toilet – thus, an adult can only sit sideways. Therefore, the toilet set is also wobbly and shifted. After rain, there are odors from the shower drain. Complaints were dismissed by the landlady or shifted onto us. For a NEW BUILD, very noisy - especially our apartment, as there are apartments on the right and left, resulting in stereo sound!
The electric roll-up gate was convenient, and we are not aware of how the camera surveillance works, nor were we informed about it. Motion sensors are installed in the rooms (except for bathrooms).
Location to the beach is good - a 5-minute walk. Shopping options nearby.

Hallo ,
Der Gast war die ersten 3 Tage sehr zufrieden, nach einigen Tagen war der Kabelabfluss mit Haaren verstopft - die Putzfrau nahm eine Handvoll Haare heraus und goss eine Spezialflüssigkeit ein. Das Gebäude verfügt über eine neue Technologie und ist schallisoliert.
Der Backofen wurde noch von keinem der Gäste benutzt, da er neu ist! - Also konnte er kein Fett haben. Es sind Rauchmelder im Haus installiert (keine Melder) - wenn der Gast zu Hause rauchen wollte - ist dies nicht möglich. Das Haus ist seit einem Monat vermietet und hat nach dem Bau keine Schrauben.
Schade, dass der Gast unzufrieden ist - die Bilder zeigen, dass alles neu ist und ich mein Bestes gebe, um alles toll zu machen.
Ich stimme dieser Meinung des Gastes nicht zu.
