The residence is also popular because of the view from the property over the garden. Available for use: terrace and garden furniture.

Close to the town centre, yet in a quiet side street. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. Parking on the property for a maximum of 2 cars.

Kitchen with gas hob (4 rings), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet. Separate WC with toilet.
