The charming holiday home is situated in a small village near two famous destinations – the tourist town of Rabac and the medieval town of Labin. Ideal for anyone who wants to spend a holiday in a quiet area yet close to amenities. The property is surrounded by oak groves, while you can prepare your favorite dishes on the grill on the covered terrace. Two terraces (one of which is covered with a grill) invite you to relax and enjoy your favorite reading. Since the property is fenced, pleasant privacy is guaranteed. The house is located in the small village of Ripenda near Labin and the beautiful Rabac beach. In just a few minutes by car you can reach Rabac, a tourist spot with lovely pebble beaches and crystal-clear sea, from where you can take one of the boat trips or walk along the beautiful seaside promenade. Nearby is the famous fish restaurant with local specialties and wines. The old town of Labin on a hill is considered a highly sought-after destination, where cultural events take place in the summer. Stroll through the picturesque alleys, visit cultural sights, and enjoy the gastronomic offerings of local restaurants and bars.
