Beautiful house and good location. There were some minor points. 1 bed was absolutely not clean, someone had already slept in it. We missed some small things in the kitchen, like mugs which we bought ourselves. No user manual for appliances, I am handy but for people who are not technical, that can be annoying. An older man lives downstairs, we didn't have any issues with him. But I find it very annoying that this is not mentioned in the advertisement or booking. Since you do need to take that into account. Furthermore, everything was fine and the owner is easily reachable via email or app and absolutely not difficult. The kitchen has also been modernized!

Very cool house, very neat. The terrace at the back has a fantastic view. The garden in front is great for a BBQ. All the comfort you need is available. Beds are very good. Garden is fenced, terrace is closed, so dogs cannot leave. One (big) downside: we did not use the shower room downstairs, because it stinks (sewage smell, perhaps due to the dry weather). There is another bathroom upstairs, so no problem. Pool table and dartboard upstairs were an absolute added value for our teenagers who had their own floor.

The house is well located away and directly on hiking and cycling routes. The house is spacious and has a great porch with gas BBQ, seat, view of the valley and sun (south). What an enchanting environment! Until you realize that the mountain path described is really scary in wet weather! With the heart in the throat finally solid ground under the tires. The next day we tested the alternative route and our advice; skip the first exit! This is absolutely bad for your heart! The owners speak English well so the reception went smoothly, we got a good tour and then the discovery could begin! The surroundings are breathtaking, we made the most beautiful walk ever in Belgium in Ninglinspo. The house is spacious, very neat and everything has been thought of! The cottage offers a lot in terms of amenities. The two bathrooms were very handy if you are with 5 or more people. The pool table we also found a nice plus. The house we liked it very well, it is very cozy. The made-up beds and provided towels offer an extra comforts you normally do not have. The owners are very friendly and treat one on arrival with a cool bottle of Belgian beer and on Sunday with a (süßen!) breakfast. The terrace offers a great view into the woods. The grounds are otherwise quite sparse (only a paved driveway eg stands for ball games as well), which is slightly disadvantageous when visiting with small children. For this, the house offers plenty of space inside on two floors. A second bathroom was fitted just before our visit, so that the mentioned in the other reviews bathroom problem no longer applies. We have a long weekend with 7 adults enjoyed this stay in Grundelwald in March 2013. With a layer of snow the area looked fairy-like. In winter you'll be the last part of the way up properly. The advantage is that you're so out of the house from a beautiful hiking area.

The owners are friendly, correct people. All the arrangements were fulfilled. The bottled beers were cold on arrival and on Sunday morning they brought a nice breakfast. The house itself is worth it, especially the first floor is very cozy. Downside was that the cot to the first floor could not be moved (is in the room with the bunk bed), allowing us a little organizational sat in the mess. The kitchen downstairs offers all comfort. The upstairs bathroom is clean and very tastefully decorated. The fact that your bed linen and towels may be used, that's unbelievably tasty smoke, save you a load of laundry. The downside is, as other people have mentioned, there is only one toilet, which is in the bathroom on the first floor. The owners told us that they still went create as a toilet. The house offers plenty of storage space. Everywhere boxes that you can use. Worth it! What a pity we found is that it does not really secluded, but in a street with other houses. We have particular time had in the house and the surroundings. A must is the walk along the Ninglinspo to walk. Furthermore, the cottage very clean and the owner still makes for some pleasant surprises in the fridge and on Sunday morning at the deur.Voor families with children are playing in the immediate vicinity of the house which is unfortunately limited especially in the summer months a lack is. We have a number of days in the Ardennes can spend and therefore in this house, it was very clean and cleaned up from when we arrived. Also there were 2 local beers in the fridge to welcome us. The location of the house is fantastic, right in the forest. Fully equipped, modern and clean. The welcome was very warm (Dutch speaking) with cold local beer in the fridge. On Sundays even got breakfast. Great location for trips and walks. Really a must.

Two bottles were already chilled local beer waiting for us. On Thursday, November 1, we were offered breakfast by eigenares.Je feel really welcome.

Along a steep and narrow road berijk you this beautiful vakantiehuis.We many walked along the Ninglinspo a stream in a 5 minutes walking from the huisje.De Remouchamps were close and seeing waard.Fijn and complete holiday but vebaasde us it was not detached (among neighbors).

Beautiful location with lots of birds visit. Ideal for walks and excursions. Lots of space, nice terrace, good voorzieningen.Door the spiral staircase, the house is not suitable for a family with small children. A large company will miss a separate toilet and a second bathroom.

I was well received by a Dutch speaking man. He took us around and below was our weekend beginnen.De area offers many opportunities, including hiking, quad biking and caves bezichtigen.Het was very easy to contact when we had questions. On Sunday we had even brought breakfast! There was enough room for 7 people and all the necessary equipment (and more) was present. There is plenty of cutlery, there are plenty of signs and there was plenty of kitchen appliances such as sandwich maker, kettle, coffee etc.De only tip for the home, for an extra toilet in separate building. On departure I recently expanded to talk to the owner and within a few days I had the lock terug.Al in all it's a great house, which has cost us little.

We wanted a relaxing holiday with lovely surroundings which was satified in full. The host welcomed us with a large tastefull local bear (in fact two different kinds) and the owners treated us with breakfast sunday morning, which maked us feeling very welcome. The house was lovely and there was a lot of wild animals close to the house. We would like to return some other year.

The house is beautiful, including its location. Truly a place to unwind. Around the house is a large balcony where you can sit. Sun However, it is good to know that small children should be kept an eye on the big holes are in foreclosure. Sitting at the back of the house is a large terrace where the kids can run around. We have great weekend, nothing was exaggerated to what we have read of the other guests. The two beers were cold without being too much attention to them. Location is fantastic, especially for relaxation. We did not have super weather but that was because of the location and the facilities in the house more than compensated. We had two families. Children ranging in age from 13 t / m 18 who have enjoyed. Highly recommended is the walk along the Ninglinspo at the beginning of the street. The route of 7 km took us so 's 3 hours. Thanks for a great weekend and we'll probably come back with the engine.

The road to the house (2 switchbacks uphill) is quite a challenge, but once arrived you see a beautiful and very spacious house with large driveway. The house is fully equipped (almost everything you would have in-house, you will also find). The pool table and darts comes in handy in case of rain or simply if you just want to relax inside. The GSM reception is pretty bad, but provides extra rest on vacation -) The safari park Monde Sauvage (about 15min drive) is worth a visit and a 5min drive from the cottage starting a few nice wandelroutes.Kortom, definitely recommended for everyone!

Nice house but a very steep hill to get there by car, which means that if there is such a layer of snow on us that without winter tires and \/ or snow chains above geraakt.Minpuntjes in the house, in the shower downstairs ran water bad road, the two coffee machines that were present were bad and very slow by and little or no cell bereik.Maar I'll definitely come back.

Friendly welcome, very nice interior, everything is there for a good stay even with a small child is recommended to, high chair, cot and even a grooming table (new model) are present. Together with children and children spent a weekend in the lovely cottage Grundelwald. We were lucky with the weather and were able to make beautiful walks in the area. The cabin itself was perfectly decorated, everything necessary was there and the relaxation area with pool table and darts was a plus. The surprise basket upon arrival was very much appreciated by us.

we had a great week in this very well decorated cottage, nothing "is missing c" is incredible because we've rented many houses but it really is worth seeing. Our 3 dogs (labrador) also could make beautiful walks in the area .we can only recommend this chalet and we will return.

We have enjoyed Grundelwald. A perfectly equipped cottage with pool table and dart board. Ideal for a day with bad weather. The area has plenty to do (hiking, canoeing, caves, etc). On the terrace is a large gas barbecue, which we used frequently. The house has no garden, but a big (indoor) picnic table and a lovely big terrace.

This house is so beautiful. Very clean and well equipped. You do not really do anything with it to take home. The kitchen equipment is extensive. Super nice covered balcony with stunning views. Received very nice welcoming with a Welcome Basket. Even treats for the dog sat there. Location of house is on a mountain. Walking means so much steep mountains. Setting is lovely. And what a rest. We were here because of the Christmas market in Durbuy to be out there equally tasty. The house is fantastic, very spacious and nicely decorated, comfortable beds and a very nice 1st floor with pool table and electric dart board. Beautiful modern bathrooms. On arrival we were surprised with a nice basket of goodies and a fruit basket that were put down by the owners. We will definitely come back!

The cottage was in tip-top order. Very nice layout, very clean and the owners were very friendly on arrival. We had rented the cottage for a family weekend, my grandmother is in a wheelchair. Because there was a stepping stone to the bathroom, the owners on Friday have moved heaven and earth to make an inclined ramp so she was accessible anyway. Really chapeau! -) In addition, the kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom were also super. The pool table was a nice enrichment (especially since we do not "n had so super weather).

This home has everything needed for a super relaxing holiday !! With our three Spaniels we were more than welcome and the decor of the house and garden was just fine on prepared -) !! But comfort and style for men also lacked not in addition to more than well-equipped kitchen, nice spacious, modern and clean bathrooms, great lounge area with TV, dining table and bedroom (s) with excellent beds, there is also an upstairs playroom with pool table, dart board and mini-bar! Free WiFi and a huge welcome gift of beers and a well-stocked fruit bowl! We will be back because besides the beautiful home yet the area is a super for walking / mountain biking / bird watching etc.
