Disappointing
Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The only positive highlight is the great location!!! According to the description on the site, there is mention of a comfortable bed. My husband and I both had terrible back pain. I have never slept on such a worn-out mattress. You sink so deep into the dip! The kitchen is also not really functional. I didn't look closely at that either. I thought it was a kitchen with a stove. There are only 2 plates on which it is difficult to prepare anything decent. We also couldn't use the microwave because no user manual could be found. And actually, anyone can operate a microwave, but I didn't know these symbols. The upper cover is missing from the kitchen faucet, and you can see into the completely calcified and dirty faucet. A strip is hanging down from the range hood, which hasn't been cleaned of grease for a long time either. When we entered the apartment, it was so extremely warm that we thought it couldn't be true; we only had 19° until we noticed that the heating was turned up. We of course turned it down, but it didn't really turn off. It still emitted heat nonstop. The balcony also seemed to have not been cleaned for a long time. Everything was full of cobwebs, and since the seating furniture was also full of cobwebs, my husband wanted to remove them with a broom that was lying there, which resulted in all the bristles falling out. An old rusty clothes drying rack (which can definitely no longer be used and should at most be disposed of) and a rusty broken step rounded it all off. Price/performance does not fit here at all. Heiligenhafen is really great and we will come back, but not to this accommodation.
